Getting Started with Coaching …..Our first appointment we sit down and talk about what you want to create. SETTING BIG GOALS.  I have you complete an SDI assessment to identify your predominate behavior. This helps me to understand what motivates you and begin to take a deeper look at your values and beliefs.  I can begin to get clues from our session.

The flow of a coaching relationship goes like this. Every week I email you a form for you to complete that supports me in being clear on what’s working, what’s not working, what opportunities are available and what the client wants to accomplish.

I get clues and cues from your information to formulate how to coach you to create what you say you want to have in your life.

This way the client has a “get ready” questionnaire every week. It helps the client stay focused in the process.  I also utilize a monthly achievement sheet that allows the client to have a clear look at how things are going with their results.

I look at all this information and utilize mentoring, accountability and empowering techniques to support the client to take their success to the next level time after time after time.

Our sessions together last an hour, and are weekly for 90 days.
